Interpretation and Definitions

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Developer. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Developer does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Application offers a free version with limited features. Vouchy Pro unlocks additional features such as unlimited voucher storage and is available through the following purchase options:

Payment & Billing

Payment will be charged to Your Apple ID account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play Store) at confirmation of purchase. All purchases are processed through the respective Application Store and are subject to their terms and conditions. We do not process or store any payment information directly.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. The renewal charge will appear on Your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel Your subscriptions at any time by going to Your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period You have already paid for.

Free Trials

The Application may offer free trial periods for subscriptions from time to time. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when You purchase a subscription, where applicable. At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless You cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes Your agreement to pay the updated amount.

Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to the respective Application Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), as they handle all billing and refund processes in accordance with their refund policies.

Your Data

Vouchy stores all your voucher data, including gift cards, coupons, balances, and related information, locally on Your Device. The Developer does not have access to, collect, or store any of your voucher data on external servers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of Your data. The Developer shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from device damage, loss, theft, or Application removal. We recommend using the export feature to periodically back up your data.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Country and foreign countries.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application, nor may You reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or You have Our written permission.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Developer.

The Developer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Developer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of voucher information, or loss of business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Application's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Since all data is stored locally on Your Device, Your existing data will remain on Your Device until You choose to delete it.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
